Elizabeth (Liz) Bush has practiced mental health nursing on the Big Island since 1999 and trains substance abuse counselors in her spare time. She has also served as a mental health provider in the immediate vicinity of the September 11th tragedy and has worked with Combat Veterans, Native American tribes and Pacific Islanders, as well as in East coast inner cities.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Molly has experience treating Post Traumatic Stress and Trauma-Related Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, and Substance Use Disorders. She is a strong believer in team work and collaboration with clients and their families to help them manage symptoms, enhance functioning, and improve quality of life. She attends monthly community meetings with Maui County Police Department, networks with other mental health providers, pharmacists, and engages with public health agencies to improve access and quality of care to individuals with mental illness.

At times, it may even seem impossible to gain traction and move forward. That's where I can help--when I work with clients, I consider it a "team effort," during which we work together to find a way forward. I am accepting new patients. I have 17 years of experience serving individuals ages 18+. Common problems I help with include depression, anxiety, ADHD, psychosis, and bipolar disorders. Services may include both psychiatric medications and counseling. I graduated from Punahou and finished medical school at UH in the top 10% of my class there.
