I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This board certification enables me to treat mental health across the lifespan, which allows me to care for and prescribe medicine for children, teens, and adults. My background includes working in an intensive care unit, outpatient care, and crisis stabilization, as well as interning in many outpatient psychiatric settings. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders, sleep disorders, crises, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and more.
I believe in a holistic approach to treatment, which I believe encompasses medicine management, therapy, lifestyle changes, and alternative therapies. My goal as a PMHNP is to help those in need and to allow them to feel safe and understood as they navigate through the journey of life. I understand the many challenges of life, so I am flexible with schedules
