I am board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. I obtained my subspecialist training in Addiction Psychiatry at UCLA in Los Angeles, working at Cedar Sinai Medical Center and the West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Hospital. I completed my psychiatric residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. I obtained my medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Michigan State University.

Dr. Karen Escobar Almeida is a board-certified Psychiatrist in Illinois who has been practicing since 2016. She completed her Psychiatry Residency at the Icahn School of Mount Sinai in NYC and completed her fellowship in functional medicine at the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine. Dr. Almeida offers a unique blend of psychiatric expertise and functional medicine knowledge, enabling her to provide personalized, evidence-based treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions. Dr. Almeida's holistic approach considers both psychotropic and natural medicine, fostering a compassionate and individualized healing journey.

Dr. Katie Washington Cole is an addiction and recovery psychiatrist with expertise in mental health and substance use treatment in adults. She takes a relationship-centered approach to psychiatric care, using shared decision-making to prioritize your goals and values. Dr. Washington Cole completed medical school and a PhD in Social and Behavioral Sciences in Public Health at the Johns Hopkins University. She completed general adult psychiatry residency at the University of Chicago and addiction psychiatry fellowship at the University of Illinois-Chicago. ​

Endia McDonald is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who graduated from University of California San Francisco with a post master’s certificate and an MSN degree from DePaul University. She has several years of experience working as a nurse in various emergency department thought Illinois and California; during this time she cared for those with various mental health disorders including Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and many other mental health disorder. Her approach to client care is one that is collaborative and client centered.

I look forward to working with individuals to explore their mental health and to improve their well-being based on their individual goals by utilizing a holistic, collaborative, person-centered approach. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a Master’s of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health. I am also board-certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Dr. Gundu Reddy is licensed in Illinois. Prior to starting a residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine, she pursued additional research in HIV Psychiatry. As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU Psychoanalytic Institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr. Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

Mustapha Olugbile is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with exceptional clinical skills. I specialize in providing the best quality care using evidence-based practice that includes medication management and therapeutic sessions. I have over eleven years’ experience in the field of mental illness. I worked as a registered nurse for 7 years before transitioning to psychiatric nurse practitioner the last 5 years. I provide both psychotherapy and psychopharmacological treatment.
