I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of experience in various facets of mental health. My philosophy includes a focus on whole mind and body wellness. I strive to deliver excellent, compassionate care through active listening and thoughtful collaboration with my patients – with a splash of humor. You will feel heard and validated, never rushed or ignored. My interest is in the person with a symptom rather than the symptom of a person.

I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various psychiatric diagnosis. I treat depression, anxiety, and mood disorders via my virtual platform. I do not treat ADHD/ADD symptoms, substance abuse, or prescribe any controlled substances via my virtual practice. Intake appointments generally take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour. I will complete a psychiatric evaluation and provide a diagnosis (if appropriate). We will then discuss a treatment plan and follow up. We will determine the need for medication management and individual therapy based on symptoms and needs.

David Gray, MD, is a Psychiatrist in Indiana who has been practicing since 1994. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Kentucky. He completed his residency in psychiatry and internal medicine at West Virginia University.

Roshanda Grayson-Thomas is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult chronic mental illness including anxiety, depression mood disorders, and addictions Roshanda’s clinical experience includes psychiatric evaluation and assessment, as well as medication management and talk therapy, using the latest evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities. Roshanda has experience working in longterm care, inpatient and outpatient settings.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Kimberly has experience providing mental health care for children, teenagers, adults, and older adults.
