Psychiatry is one part of the whole picture of each individual. Too often we are failing to look beyond the surface and understand the root cause and needs that exist within the whole person and how the mind, body, and spirit are interrelated. I offer medication management for almost all psychiatric disorders and a therapeutic approach to understanding the underlying issues.
My doctoral project looked at ICU nurses and levels of compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction and secondary stress trauma. As a past ICU nurse, I am passionate about helping all healthcare professionals in these areas and more. I am also passionate about helping individuals understand their unique innate worth through therapy and medication management.
