I offer both in-person and virtual options for medication management and/or regularly recurring psychodynamic psychotherapy. Meds aren’t for everyone; therapy isn’t for everyone. I work with a wide range of adult patients including those with past trauma, long standing or acute episodes of depression, anxiety, grief/mourning, attention issues including ADHD, major life adjustments, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I have experience treating LGBTQ individuals, family members of LGBTQ individuals, and writing letters of support.
