Medication Management for mental health and select appropriate co-existing conditions. Supportive therapy and motivational interviewing will feel like conversational style questions/ discussions. Through this, we explore current symptoms, barriers, functioning, triggers and coping skills. We typically meet every 1-3 weeks to start, then may space out visits.
