I know asking for help is a challenging thing to do. I also know that finding a provider you trust to help you navigate mental health care can be a challenge. That's why I'm here, and am doing things differently. I can offer traditional care, or some alternative methods. My ultimate goal is to meet you where you're at and tailor your care specifically to your needs.
My extensive training has provided me with abundant tools to work with and treat any psychiatric condition, but I am particularly interested in management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I take a culturally tailored, holistic, and comprehensive approach to psychotherapeutic and medicine management.
