GoWithin Hypno-Breathwork reaches the deep subconscious levels of the mind/body where everything is stored: core beliefs, memories, repressed emotions, unprocessed traumatic events, etc. GWHB is done in a "meditative" theta brainwave state. From this level, clients can get down into the core issues more quickly, by bypassing the thinking, analytical mind.
