As a Board Certified Psychiatrist I help patients struggling with depression and moodiness, attention regulation, severe anxiety and stress, and addictive behaviors, among others. As a therapist trained in classical and emerging therapies I approach these problems with greatest compassion, carefully considering one's life experiences, character, emotional and behavioral patterns, upbringing and relationships. Determined to make a meaningful impact on her patients' lives, she pursued further education, earning a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS University.

I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. My training includes my MD from Stanford with honors, Harvard residency training at MGH-McLean, and my certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (for anxiety, depression and PTSD) while I was faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Massachusetts. My outpatient clinic was previously at Cambridge Health Alliance and I now run a boutique private practice offering personalized, attentive care and support. Narrative therapy and mindfulness training are included along with meticulous psychopharmacology.

Dr. Saria El Haddad is double boarded in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry. She previously held a leadership role of medical director for the dual diagnosis partial hospitalization program at the Brigham and Women's Faulkner hospital where she helped create and establish this program, and also worked as an outpatient addiction psychiatrist. She has been involved in teaching and currently maintains academic affiliation with the Harvard Medical School. In addition, she has appeared in numerous professional publications and authored several research papers.

Lisa Shaffer is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She has several years of experience in both medical and psychiatric care settings including, inpatient, outpatient and emergency care. She works collaboratively with clients of all ages integrating medication management, and psychotherapy in order to empower her clients in becoming their best self.

Dr. Kevin DiCesare is a board-certified psychiatrist, treating adults. He received his undergraduate degree at Harvard University, his medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and then went on to train at Maine Medical Center for his psychiatric residency. He has 22 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, Bipolar spectrum disorders, adjustment problems, ADHD and other disorders.

I provide expert treatment of Alcohol Use Disorders using Naltrexone. Abstinence is not required.
