I am a child and adolescent psychiatrist who enjoys working with patients of all ages and their families. I completed my adult psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai and my child and adolescent fellowship at Columbia/Cornell. In my small private practice, I strive to approach each patient with warmth, compassion, and thoughtfulness. I integrate psychotherapy with medication management to help you understand the core issues at hand and work toward making lasting positive change. I treat patients located in New York and Maryland via telehealth. Please note, I do not prescribe controlled substances to patients in New York.

Accepting New Clients! I'm a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and I diagnose adults on the spectrum. I also manage depression, anxiety, bipolar, and many other mental health disorders with medication and holistic treatment options. As a Family NP and Psychiatric NP, I have experience managing patients with complex medical issues. I use the most current treatments including genetic testing and work with you to find medication that is both affordable and effective. At the end of your visit you should feel comfortable with the plan, listened to, and that your mental health matters.

Welcome prospective clients! I am currently offering telepsychiatry visits only. I hope that I can help you progress to your optimal self and understand the complicated dynamics of your emotions. I have almost 11 years of experience treating patients. I would love to work on your strengths, weaknesses and help you gain insight into your overall sense of self. Depending on the individual, this may happen quickly or require time and patience. Based on your needs, we will determine if you will benefit from therapy and/or medications. I primarily provide medication management for difficulties that warrant psychotropic intervention.
