I am a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in a broad range of mental health conditions. I am passionate about addressing patients holistically, as our brain health is largely impacted by not only genetic factors but lifestyle factors. I offer psychotropic medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and lifestyle guidance.
You do not have to endure suffering alone. Achieving mental wellness, achieving wholeness, is a collaborative effort between you and your clinician, as well as between you and the world.
