Hi there! I'm Dr. Monifa Seawell (Mo-knee-fah See-well). I'm a physician and Board Certified Psychiatrist. I provide affirming, patient centered psychiatric care to survivors of Narcissistic abuse as well as people living with anxiety & depression. There are 4 core beliefs that form the foundation of my work as a psychiatrist: 1) You deserve to have a voice in your healthcare decisions. 2) You deserve a clear explanation of your diagnosis & treatment plan. 3) You deserve to not feel rushed during your appointments. 4) You deserve to feel safe to show up to your appointments as your authentic self.
For individual appointments (not groups), your initial intake appointment consists of a 90 minute session during which I'll get to better understand your symptoms & you'll get to share you concerns in a way that doesn't feel rushed. I allot 60 minutes for all follow up appointments.
You can book your appointment by clicking on the website link here in my profile, which will take you to my booking calendar.

This is a three week group that meets virtually for 1 hour on Saturday mornings, from June 8th through June 22nd. Group is $250 per weekly session and participants must be able to commit to all three sessions. Message Dr. Seawell to register.
