I specialize in working with clients who are going through some trying time in their lives - relationship stress/breakup, career frustration, health problems, or any life crisis. Sometimes this is a new issue and for others it can be a new event that triggers a long-standing issue. Either way, I work to stabilize symptoms as quickly as possible with medications as needed but also through diet and exercise. I then try to teach my clients how to avoid a return of their symptoms.

Your life is fairly “together” by outward appearances, but it's sometimes a struggle to pull everything together. Anxiety can get the best of you. Maybe your irritability is noticeable to those closest to you. Maybe you were raised to think accessing mental healthcare and taking medication is “weak” or incongruent to your culture or faith. Maybe you're hesitant to take prescription medication and are interested in natural ways of addressing your concerns first. Maybe you give so much to others that you barely have time to nurture yourself. You’d like to create balance and start prioritizing yourself but might not know how.

An ideal client would be someone who wants to explore the root of the problem. This client would be interested in learning more about ways to be whole, healed, and healthy.
