Children are our future. As parents, we love them and want the best for them, but feel helpless sometimes in how to help them meet their mental health needs. Sometimes we become aware of a mean dialogue in our heads toward ourselves. This can cause pain and suffering, but it doesn’t have to be this way.
I am trained in medication management across the lifespan, but I am also interested in holistic approaches that include nutrition, supplements, ways to calm our nervous systems such as Poly Vagal Theory to help our brains meet our needs.
