I Provide comprehensive whole person centered care with an emphasis on shared decision making and extensive education around diagnoses and treatment. I see clients of all ages and can provide research based effective treatment for any type of mental illness.Shared decision making means that you and I will discuss and decide all aspects of your care together as a team. We will discuss the symptoms/difficulties you present with and decide together if a diagnoses fits those symptoms.

I embrace a holistic framework and enjoy using my knowledge as a family NP to ensure all aspects of the mind and body are considered. Accepting new patients! I offer in person and telehealth visits and I am fully licensed in Iowa and Nebraska. My mission is to provide affordable, holistic, compassionate and comprehensive care. Now accepting many insurance plans; I also offer sliding scale option for self-pay. I take a Holistic approach, which may include referrals for therapy, nutritional counseling, ruling out environmental and medical problems that may cause symptoms, genetic testing when needed, and medications to target symptoms. My name is Brian Brandt I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I offer over 25 years of experience in behavioral health. I have completed my Master's of Science in Nursing from Walden University. I have worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with both inpatient and outpatient clients that have a variety of mental health diagnoses. Hello! I am Janet Bock MSN, APRN, PMHNP. My approach to mental healthcare is staying current with evidence-based care and maintaining a patient centered culture for the people I serve. I see patients aged 6 to 86. A team approach is the best way to provide mental healthcare. While I do the medication management, I also encourage patients to also see a therapist in conjunction with medication. Being an excellent listener is key to a successful outcome. I am non-judgmental and encourage honesty when you are telling me your mental health background and your life journey.

By my actions, I will define the standards of excellence and dedication to the health and safety of clients entrusted to my care. My goal is to utilize my knowledge, competencies, and advanced skills towards helping patients achieve a good quality life, health and well-being, while also continuing to advocate ‘for,’ and empower clients with mental illnesses. Life is a Journey! Life is about LIVING. We can't know what is coming and we need to enjoy every day instead of trying to “arrive.” We should enjoy the unfolding and the process. It's so much easier said than done. Whole person health is certainly not a journey you can take alone; it really does take a village. And by village, not only your group of friends but your whole circle — your therapist, fitness instructor, neighbor, etc. Not everyone needs to know the details, but having a circle of people who care is essential.
