My name is DeRoy Obilor, and I am a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing individualized mental health care. My approach is founded on holistic and patient-centered concepts, resulting in a collaborative alliance that values trust and open communication. I specialize in treating ADHD, mood disorders like depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety and panic disorders, trauma-related disorders such as PTSD, and psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia.

Dr. Chika Okechukwu is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Chika Okechukwu has more than 7 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She is involved in the management of various mental health and behavioral health conditions including, mood disorders, Attention deficit and Hyperactivity disorder, Generalized anxiety disorder, Insomnia and substance use disorder. Every patient receives a personalized care plan after a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. She is passionate about patients having quick access to mental care.

I am a nurse practitioner certified in Psychiatric Mental health. I also have a license as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I received my post graduate training from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and University of South Alabama, Mobile Alabama. I have been practicing as a nurse practitioner for over fourteen years. I am a caring, compassionate, and competent psychiatric nurse provider committed to providing individually appropriate health care to you and your family. My goal is to help improve your mental health as well as your overall health.

Oby has several years of clinical experience and is licensed to practice in Texas & Nevada. She has worked as a Director of Nursing, Cardiac Step Down, PCU, ER, and psychiatry, among other nursing specializations. Serves in county hospitals and a pediatric clinic in Texas; treating people with severe mental issues. Her passion stems not only from her work experience or extensive knowledge in psychiatry but from personal experience. While treating her patients with respect & dignity, her goal is to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. Oby is known to go above and beyond for her clients.
