Welcome to Wilson Integrated Psychiatry LLC. I believe that wellness is an integration of multiple aspects of health and that psychiatry is a key component to overall health. I know most of you come from a place where the mind and body have been separated out, as fields of treatment. We aim to reintegrate these things and provide you with a treatment plan that sees you as a whole person. I am uniquely qualified to do this, with specialties both in psychiatry and acute care. I still practice part time in hospital medicine, while devoting my full-time hours to psychiatry.
Psychiatry is the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness as a branch of medicine and most often involves the use of medications. Psychiatry must encompass mental health and illness as a part of whole-body health and illness. Your mental health is intricately connected to how you manage chronic conditions and take care of your body.
I treat adolescents and adults from all walks of life. I am LGBTQ friendly. I have special interests in anxiety, depression, addiction, autism, and bipolar.
