My goal is to assist clients with their mental health concerns by addressing each client's needs on an individualized basis.

I am committed to the well-being of the mental health community. I have a passion for equality with the intent to offer superior services to those in need. I provide medication management based on safe guidelines and evidence-based practice. Initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups face to face or telepsychiatry are available. I also work with licensed Intensive outpatient (IOP) therapists. My focuses are, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. I am currently taking patients from ages 6 and up across the lifespan.

Memphis native, Crystal Harris, is ANCC board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2006) and Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (2013) from Union University. Additionally, she holds a post-master’s certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Massachusetts at Boston (2018).

Hi! I specialize in treating women (18+) with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, and trauma disorders. I offer an integrative approach to mental health that includes evidence-based psychiatric medications, complementary supplements, brief therapy interventions, and lifestyle suggestions. I believe that it is important to treat the root cause of the illness, rather than just treating the symptoms. I also specialized in treating patients through pregnancy and postpartum, as well as women in substance use and/or eating disorder recovery.

Originally from Columbia Falls, Montana, Marilyn has lived in Tennessee since the late 80’s. She attended Tennessee State University, where she received her RN in 1992. Marilyn was drawn to the field of mental health after working in substance abuse treatment as a registered nurse, and returned to graduate school to further her education, earning her MSN and certification as Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from the Vanderbilt School of Nursing. With over 29 years in healthcare, including 11 in mental health, Marilyn brings extensive knowledge to her practice. She draws from experience in a multitude of settings.

I have been a nurse practitioner for about 15 years. I was a pediatric nurse practitioner for 12 years. I have been a psychiatric nurse practitioner for the last 3 years. I see clients of all ages. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder. I enjoy partnering with my clients to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Rebecca Hill is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee. She graduated Belmont University’s BSN, RN program in 2015 and Frontier Nursing University’s MSN, PMHNP program in 2022. Rebecca primarily provides medication management services with light, supportive therapy. Rebecca’s philosophy centers around the principles of active listening, thoughtful inquiry, and collaborative partnership with her clients. This dialogue forms the foundation upon which she builds unique and personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s specific needs.

My name is Misty Hinkle. I am a Board-Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As I worked in the hospital as an RN I observed those with medical conditions were provided more compassionate treatment than those with mental health & substance misuse disorders. This prompted me to continue my education, enabling me to become an advocate and a voice for those with mental health & substance misuse disorders.

I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who are experiencing mental health conditions, in a variety of settings. Dr. Dominique Holley is a triple board-certified psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Holley completed her post-doctoral residency and fellowship training at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She has served as an active US Army officer and recently separated from the US Army after 11 years of service. In her most recent role, she served as the Deputy Chief of the Department of Behavioral Health at Fort Campbell, KY where she provided clinical and administrative supervision, as well as mentorship and guidance for an interdisciplinary team of over 140 personnel.
