David Marcovitz, MD, practices holistic, collaborative, person-centered care. He trained at Harvard for residency and fellowship after completing medical school at Vanderbilt and undergraduate studies in humanities at Princeton. I graduated from the University of Tennessee, Memphis medical school in 1999 and then continued my training in psychiatry at Duke University where I served as chief resident of the Duke Inpatient service. I provide therapy and medication management for personality disorders, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, sleeping disorders, addiction and attention deficit disorder. Medications are important but are not necessary in every case. I believe that through education, therapy, counseling, and sometimes medication everyone can return to their previous level of functioning and enjoy life to the fullest. Dr. Dominique Holley is a triple board-certified psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Holley completed her post-doctoral residency and fellowship training at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She has served as an active US Army officer and recently separated from the US Army after 11 years of service. In her most recent role, she served as the Deputy Chief of the Department of Behavioral Health at Fort Campbell, KY where she provided clinical and administrative supervision, as well as mentorship and guidance for an interdisciplinary team of over 140 personnel.

I'm a firm believer that our experiences make us who we are, however, they do not define us. We all have individual and unique paths to walk on this earth, and sometimes that means taking the road less traveled. I, for one have walked many a paths that have not yet been explored, and I would love the opportunity to walk along side you as you choose to move toward healing and wholeness. Deb York is good at helping you through the art of resilience, we can get through problems together. She feels like the most important aspect of counseling is empathy and unconditional regard; her job is to help you understand yourself and support your chosen path! She has a holistic view for psychiatric problems. She does trauma therapy and has her EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certification. She continues to take UHC and Aetna but will be dropping insurance in 2024.
