Dr. Mahreen Ahmed is comfortable treating adolescents and adults with various mental health conditions, including severe mental illness and co-occurring medical conditions. Dr. Ahmed takes her time to gather a detailed history of each patient’s symptoms, development, and family before making a diagnosis and treatment plan. Her modalities include supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and esketamine treatment. Dr. Ahmed completes bariatric surgery evaluations.
