My approach to care combines medication management with supportive therapy, focusing on empowering individuals to overcome personal challenges through a comprehensive and integrative method. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of my patients.

Dr. Daniela White is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Board-Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She has been practicing since she received her training in general psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine and followed it with her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Daniela believes in addressing psychiatric conditions with pharmacotherapy and complementary alternative therapies ( light therapy, exercise, supplement augmentation, and neuromodulation through Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation).

Raymond Obiajulu is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He completed his master’s degree program at Walden University. After his introduction to the key areas of nursing, he found that psychiatry comprised the exact sort of comprehensive and holistic healthcare that he wished to practice. Raymond has experience treating a wide range of conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and dementia. He incorporates an evidence-based approach in his practice with a focus on holistic mental health treatment.

Ade Odunuga, MSN, APRN, PMHNPBC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I'm quite interested in mental health.
