As a nurse midwife, I have expertise in women's mental health issues. I also have expertise in treating adults transitioning to college or the workforce and adults in role transition.

Hi, my name is Carey Dean. I am a FNP-C who has practiced in psychiatry for the last 5 years. I am weeks away from obtaining my PMHNP. Psychiatry is truly my passion, even more sharing my experience and knowledge with the community. I have just opened a small practice called Authentic Self Complete Wellness, I want to help everyone feel they are able to become the best version of themselves. In my practice I provide evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and medication management. I can treat all major mental health diagnosis to include depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, an many other mood disorders.

Dr. Rosebelle de Leon is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry. She completed her medical school education at Rosalind Franklin University, Chicago Medical School, and completed her general psychiatry residency at Rush University Medical Center. She provides psychiatric medication management for adults ages 27-64. She primarily sees patients who may be struggling with depressive, bipolar, anxiety and psychotic disorders. Dr. de Leon is currently not seeing ADHD consultations. She is not taking new patients who are on stimulants or benzodiazepines.

Mariah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Mariah began her career as an RN working in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. She quickly became very interested in neuroscience and involved herself in research projects. The intrigue of neuroscience and the passion for connection with patients as a bedside RN led Mariah to pursue a career as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Maria gained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at James Madison University in 2016. She has experience working at the bedside in various settings in the metropolitan D.C. area over the last 6 years.

Dr. Shrina Desai joined LifeStance Health in November 2018 and sees patients at the Midlothian office. She received her medical school education from the American University of the Caribbean and went on to complete her internship, residency, and fellowship training at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She is board eligible in both Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is also a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP).

Dr. Swati Divakarla is a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist. She has experience working in a variety of clinical settings. She uses evidence based medicine as a guide in medication management of a variety of psychiatric symptoms. She has also had experience in multiple modalities of psychotherapy. She has had experience with working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and presenting with a variety of symptoms and problems.

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with eight years of healthcare experience. I am dedicated, compassionate, and patient focused. My approach to care combines medication management with supportive therapy, focusing on empowering individuals to overcome personal challenges through a comprehensive and integrative method. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of my patients.
