Office hours M-Thur 830am-3pm Fridays 830-1 pm As a Therapist I provide a safe, non judgmental, and compassionate environment for my clients to explore their own lives. My ideal client would come to therapy open, ready, and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. I believe that we are constantly creating and bettering ourselves and have the ability to overcome even life's hardest obstacles. We all have the ability to grow and heal and are capable of taking control of our own lives.
