Hello! My name is Aaron (also spelled Aeryn) I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I work a lot with anxiety, depression, and processing through trauma. I currently only offer online telehealth sessions.
I mainly work with CBT & talk therapy which considers how past experiences have shaped us, including traumatic experiences and/or stressful life events, and involves teaching and using simple interpersonal skills such as re-framing to positively organize our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
