Marriage, family and individual counseling for those who need a caring and engaged professional. My therapy is focused on the brain and how our brains can be healed and our lives can be changed forever. I specialize in difficulties in relationships and struggles with mental health disorders. I typically see individuals struggling with relationships, medications, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, trauma recovery, family problems, military (tricare) and pre/post mission preparation. I am close to BYU and UVU and I see students who suffer from ADHD, depression and anxiety.
Currenlty offering equine individual and group therapy sessions in Saratoga Springs. I specialize in the brain and how to control of our brain. I use talk, play, interactive and teaching therapy to help decrease overall distress and increase awareness and problem solving skills. Office is conveniently right off the I-15 freeway.
I speak Spanish (Se Habla Espanol) and accept bishop pay with permission from the local ward bishop. HSA and private payments are also accepted. I ask that that you come prepared to participate, learn and teach. Call me for an assessment.
