My experience includes working with Adults having Anxiety , Panic attacks , problems with Attention Deficit Disorder, Stress and Parenting issues. I also have experience working with Children that have Defiant Behaviors , Anxiety or are experiencing problems at home or at school .
I am a Bilingual Therapist ( English-Spanish), I provide a Warm, Safe and Supportive environment in which all my clients feel welcome and supported. I use Cognitive Behavioral Interventions and I am trained in Trauma focused Cognitive behavioral Therapy.
