With my specialized trauma training and the use of a modality called Brainspotting. I am certain we can work through any trauma or unwanted experience you may have endured. I accept many insurances as well as self-pay clients and welcome all ages, persons and questions.
I have been trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and Phase 2. I also utilize Solution Focused approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
