My goal is to provide you with the tools necessary to implement strategies to heal from negative experiences, discover new techniques to cope with everyday stressors, and become more connected with yourself and aligned with who you hope to be.
My forms of treatment include CBT and DBT through a trauma-informed lens. I take on a holistic approach to treatment, my focus is not only on your mind, but also your body. I help clients process negative thoughts/feelings that live in our mental spaces, as well as the tension and stress harbored in our bodies caused by anxiety, depression, & trauma.
I believe that my approach to treatment creates an open space to be yourself, entirely. The journey to wellness is not always an easy one to start. I hope to not only be a part of your journey, but to also allow you to feel comfortable and supported throughout.
