I'm honored to welcome individuals, couples and families into therapy where both inner and relational awareness can grow and develop. Our work together will build on your strengths. We'll explore the roots of your distress, where you're stuck, and why. Shedding light on frustrating patterns, disconnection, trauma, depression, anxiety and grief can reveal a path to a deeper more compassionate connection with yourself -- opening up new possibilities for your life and relationships.
Grounded in attachment, relational, and psychodynamic theories; my holistic approach also draws on years in education and the arts, and my work with diverse couples and families as a Life-Cycle Celebrant. When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness, artistic and embodied techniques to engage the imagination, deepen and expand our work together.
I don't accept insurance, but if we are a good fit, I will do what I can in consideration of financial hardship. It might feel daunting but take a few deep breaths and reach out so we can arrange a complimentary conversation.
