I serve with 20 years experience in spiritual counseling, extensive Zen Buddhist compassionate meditation training, energy work (including QiGong and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy), art therapy, guided imagery, and Somatic Experiencing. I combine approaches that resonate with you and meet your individual needs.
