I completed my doctoral training at the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology and have over thirteen years of experience in private practice and five years post-graduate experience in outpatient clinics and medical settings. I am a generalist and work with adults from 18 to 100+.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, creativity, and humor in my culturally responsive approach to care.
