I'm Amy and I am happy that you have found me! I have been working with children and families for 13 years, and I have found that my passion is bearing witness to a person's story. I hope to help people understand their story, and empower them to be their best self. I am committed to striving for better outcomes for those experiencing difficulties in their lives! I work with adults and teens, and I help people who are looking to change the course of their relationships by breaking unhealthy patterns, setting boundaries, overcoming people pleasing and perfectionism, building self esteem, and embody the full version of themselves.
I hope to help people understand their story, and empower them to be their best self. I have a special interest in addressing women's mental health. I strive to offer women a safe space in therapy, and I have experience addressing issues affecting women such as domestic violence, sexual assault, postpartum depression, anxiety, depression, and parenting.
The client is always the expert, and I take a person-centered approach. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy, and I am here to help you understand what you are experiencing so that you can make life changes that will stick!
