I work with adolescents and adults of all backgrounds who are looking to make positive changes in their life by gaining greater insight into their past and present. In particular, my focus is work with those in the LGBTQIA community who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, and other struggles either related to or apart from their identities
My approach to therapy is strength-based, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I provide a non-judgmental, affirming space to explore questions around identity, process day-to-day stressors, and identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors as well as external factors that may be negatively impacting life.
Seeking support can be difficult for many reasons. I encourage you to bring your whole self and whole personality to therapy. I look forward to meeting you!
