As an intern I am closely supervised and receive ongoing training in treating trauma and anxiety. I am equipped to assist individuals in religious crises and am LGBTQIA +ally. My approach encompasses a spectrum of trauma-informed techniques such as play therapy, art, sand tray, mindfulness, mediation, talk therapy, and breathwork.
