I find that it is critical to find an approach that best matches your personality and learning style. My office location is conveniently located in Warwick, RI. (1 minute off Rt 95)
I utilize a variety of techniques to help my clients work through their life challenges. My areas of focus include reducing anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, employment struggles and more. I have extensive experience working in school settings and can be very helpful in reducing the stress experienced by teachers and students
