I'm here to help you as you work through your stress, anxiety, depression, past trauma and build resilience. We can need help in our personal life, family life and our professional life. I am in my second career as a therapist. I started out as an attorney and realized that I needed to make a big change in my life. Making that change took some hard work, but it was well worth it. I now get the privilege of seeing people make beautiful changes in their own lives and journey with them as they find their own voice and claim their own story. What an amazing thing to witness!
It is important to feel safe and seen in your own life. Too often we learn to accept our past disappointments as future truths. We can learn to feel safe and learn to build secure attachments in our lives.
Taking that first step to reach out for help is often hard. I want to applaud those that take the risk and work to make their life better and more livable. That first step, can be the beginning of your new path. I'm here to meet you on that new path with kindness, competence and warmth.
