I believe that each individual has the capacity to change their situation and circumstances if they're willing to do the work. I use therapy techniques that will challenge a person's belief system and assist with developing healthy coping skills to manage challenges and stressors from work, school, and relationships. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialty focusing on Addiction and Mental Health.

I am certified by the Counselor, Social Work and Marriage & Family Therapist Board (CSWMFT) as a Licensed Independent Social Worker and certified by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board (OCDPB)as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III.

I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who suffer from substance use and mental health diagnoses or co-occurring disorders. I especially enjoy working with individuals who struggle with maintaining sobriety for a sustained period of time.
