Somatic Writing Group
Women are often disconnected from our body's experience and inherent wisdom. This separation occurs for many reasons: lifelong conditioning that our bodies are unacceptable in their natural form, traumatic events, childhood neglect and/or childhood abuse, and dysfunctional relationships. Join a gathering of nurturing women engaged in the practice of loving themselves whole through writing. We will use poetry, journaling, and creative prompts to explore our histories while learning to hold those experiences with the empathy and love we so freely offer others.
