I work with children, youth and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety and/or the results of past trauma, and would like to move forward to have improved relationships and a more fulfilling life.
I provide a safe place to hear your concerns, feelings and needs, and find ways you can live your best life. I offer a pragmatic, holistic and eclectic approach which may include nonverbal methods such as play therapy and sandplay, EMDR if needed, and the support of parents and partners.
