Hi. I provide therapy and support to individuals and families in Mississippi, Alabama, and North Carolina, using a person-centered holistic approach to work through life's various challenges. With over 8 years in the helping profession, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, and families, from adolescents to middle-aged adults, who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, sexual abuse, OCD, perinatal loss, and mood and personality disorders, among other issues that cause distress.
My experience and education in clinical social work, marriage and family, trauma, grief, and addiction offer the perfect foundation to come alongside, challenge, and encourage others to find healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
