I especially enjoy working with women 40 and under and bring my own experience as a mother, millennial, and woman to my practice.
I'm certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
