I have an eclectic approach to therapy with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and self care. I strive to be direct, honest, and grounded in my interactions. I will challenge old destructive thinking patterns and replace them with stronger, more positive thoughts. Together we work towards understanding life and making changes.
My practice involves, but is not limited to, treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and issues related to life transitions. Therapy can be empowering.
