Is being a highly sensitive person (HSP) your superpower? As an HSP we are born with characteristics that make us different. These characteristics are our greatest asset; however, unless you know how to work with the nervous system; overwhelm, burnout and exhaustion are common. It is so important that you are familiar with your trait, sensory processing sensitivity, (SPS) so that you can manage your expectations. HSPs can get stuck in the shame game because we ARE different. This group is a safe online space to be supported, learn how to settle the nervous system, and grow!
