Whether you are seeking support for your child/teen, feeling overwhelmed with a life transition, or finding yourself worrying too much about different things, we can work together to create more balance in your life. Together we will explore unhelpful thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that are keeping you stuck and find new ways of coping with the challenges you are facing. I use a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy with elements of play therapy, CBT, DBT, and family-based treatment to support each client in their own journey.
I specialize in working with kids, teens, and young adults with depression, anxiety, school issues, trauma, and eating disorders. My current approaches are informed by my previous work in outpatient and school-based settings. I am licensed in both MA and NH and offer services in both states.
I know that taking the first step to begin therapy can feel scary. I believe that creating a safe space to heal is the most important part of being a therapist. I aim to provide a warm environment where you are able to restore self-love, discover your strengths, and build confidence in your ability to reach your goals.
