I believe every person can overcome the things that block them from leading a rich and fulfilling life. I know that every person deserves and can achieve radical healing, and that it shouldn't take a lifetime to get there. I use deep listening, EMDR, IFS/parts work, and other somatic modalities to help my clients achieve profound and lasting change. I expect that you will see significant progress in the time we are working together, and if you don't, I will help you find someone who can offer that to you.

A lot of my clients have significant recent trauma, childhood trauma, or unrelenting symptoms. They may have seen other providers before without seeing much progress. I offer EMDR Intensives for targeted, efficient trauma work. Intensives allow us to go directly to the root and resolve issues in a very short amount of time as compared to weekly or bi-weekly talk therapy. I work with clients with all types of trauma, PTSD, dissociative disorders, and emotional overwhelm. I also love working with recent acute trauma, panic attacks, and phobias. In our first session or two we will make a plan and start our work, most clients see a shift in symptoms within one to two months.
