Hi there! I understand that seeking help can be a big step, and I'm glad you took it. I believe that everyone is capable of change with the right support, tools, and willingness to invest in themselves. I work with people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, OCD, grief, relationship conflict, mood disorders, and trauma. I also offer couples counseling that focuses on healthy communication, attachment styles, and conflict-resolution skills. As a therapist at Credo Counseling, I hope we can work as a team to reach your goals and find solutions to the concerns that brought you into therapy.

I believe you hold the power to shape your life. I strive to empower my clients to make changes that lead to greater life satisfaction and a feeling of self-efficacy.
