I work with those who are hesitant to express disagreement for fear of losing the support or approval of others and as a result, lack self-confidence and awareness of their own needs. I work to reduce shame, feelings of guilt, and increase self-confidence using an eclectic style to help bring more assertiveness in relationships and alleviate these behaviors to help you be more confident and secure in yourself.
I am committed to accompanying my client on their therapeutic journey with warmth, honesty, and honorable actions. I understand affirmations and validation have reverb and also believe in the let your hair down, take your shoes off, kind of therapy.
