Anxiety can overwhelm us when a situation is important or meaningful. If it wasn't important, then anxiety wouldn't be there at all. When mental health is compromised, what is most important becomes affected, such as relationships, health, and spirituality. Somehow you've be able to push through until now. If you're exhausted, lost, and hopeless, I can help. We will work on gaining insight to understand what's going on in your life, and what to do about it. Often healing occurs along the way. You will use your strengths and gain skills. You CAN overcome what is holding you back. You CAN engage with the important parts of life again.
I specialize in PTSD therapy, and all domains of OCD and all types of anxiety. This includes suicidal ideation, scrupulosity, and phobias. I also have certified trainings in trauma, hoarding, depression, and more. These intense trainings and my experience with residential and IOP programs will help you overcome what seems impossible. You can do this. Really!
