You may have a teen that is challenged emotionally or socially, and would rather see a clinician through telehealth, I'm available in the afternoons and evenings too. I am using Telehealth, which gives you more flexibility with your schedule. It is a safe, comfortable way to get help. I have over 25 years of varying experience in the Social Work profession. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia since 1996.
My goal is to help people live healthier lives by emphasizing the interconnectedness between our emotions and our physical body. Learn coping strategies to manage emotions and behavior. I draw from many therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered, Mindfulness and Solution Focused.
